Chiavalon.shop is a specialized web store for selling olive oils.
All prices in Chiavalon.shop are expressed in Kuna (HRK) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Chiavalon OPG reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Terms of sale
Payment methods
Online store Chiavalon.shop allows you the following payment methods:
- Chiavalon Shop internet shop allows Maestro, MasterCard and Visa cards to be paid with.
- Paying to the giro account – upon receipt of the order, we will send you an offer with the information on the total amount of the order and the number of our bank account (IBAN) on your e-mail address. This amount must be paid into our giro account to send you the ordered products.
Delivery
Delivery is done within a few days (depending on delivery country). Delivery is door to door to every address. In the event of a failed delivery of a consignment, a special fee is not charged.
The shipping cost is automatically calculated on the shopping cart, depending on the weight of the package and country of delivery.
Goods are secured from loss of delivery. If the buyer does not receive a package, it must notify the seller to take action to find or send the new shipment.
Delivery of goods is done every working day at 10h. If the products are available, all orders made up to this hour will be sent the same day. Orders made after 10h will be sent the next working day. Immediately after the departure of the goods, we will inform you of the tracking code that you can use at any time to check where your shipment.
The buyer agrees that the phone number will be written on the package label for the purpose of making it easier and quicker to make the delivery.
Complaints
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to claim. Complaints are considered valid if they respond to the terms of the complaint in accordance with the Mandatory Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obligated to return the product to the seller within the agreed deadline at the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product within a period of 14 days from receipt of a valid complaint or to refund the entire amount paid.

Internet Dispute Resolution
PSpecial regulation of the European Union, dated 15 February, throughout the EU, online purchase-related disputes can be resolved through a platform that you can access here.
This means that if you encounter a problem during online purchases within the EU (a defective product, the impossibility of replacing the product, etc.), you can submit a complaint through the link above.
The platform can be used by consumers and merchants, and the complaint can be submitted to any of the 23 official EU languages.

All customer information is strictly kept and only accessible to employees whose data is required to perform certain services.. All Chiavalon Shop employees and business partners are responsible for compliance with the privacy principles.
Registration
To make a reservation or submit a query on our web site, the user must fill in the registration questionnaire and complete the registration. During registration, contact information is requested (such as name and e-mail address). This information is used to contact the user when answering the questions posted on our web site. Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
